Welcome to HarrisFurg's Dealer Den Applications! We are happy to announce the opening of our Dealers applications! Below is important information about our Dealer's Den, Hours and Pricing! Each table is at least six (6) feet in length with storage under tables. Power can be added with a $15 extra charge. Please read all information before applying to be a dealer at our con, including our Code of Conduct.

● Each Dealer is allowed 1 assistant registration for free, Additional assistants will need to purchase an attendee registration!● Dealers and Dealers assistants will get special ribbon for their convention badge.● Promotion of your Website and Storefront on social media & con website. (OPT-IN on application)
Please note! Your assistant convention badges are not included in your application, and your assistant must register for their convention dealer badge separately!
Dealer's Registration
● All dealers must be 18 years of age or older!● Applications for 2027 will open Monday, October 19th 2026 and will be closing Monday, June 28th 2027● All dealer's will be notified of their application status by July 15th 2027● Dealers who had been accepted will be sent a PayPal invoice for table space due no later than August 31st 2027● Once the payment is received, dealers will be sent information on hotel room and their assistant coupon code for free registration, if applicable.● Accepted dealers must provide proof of a Pennsylvania Sales Tax Permit, before the start of the convention! ● All dealers that are not initially accepted, will be placed on a waitlist for the 2028 convention, and will be notified should a space for 2027 become available.
